We recently sat down with Event Planner, Amanda Carvelli to hear a little more about her business and her work with PartySavvy. Here’s what she had to say:

PartySavvy: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do.

Amanda Carvelli: I provide event planning services such as consultations, event day coordination, partial/full event planning, and fundraiser event coordination. I also offer a wide range of services (entertainment, catering, rental coordination, etc) under the category of social planning and corporate planning.

PartySavvy: How did you get started working with PartySavvy?

AC: I started working with PartySavvy about four years ago for our annual River Rocks fundraiser at the Fox Chapel Golf Club. The fundraiser has raised money to build a park in the Aspinwall area of Pittsburgh. Since then, we have used PartySavvy every year for the event.

Last year, we held the event entirely outdoors at the new park. We needed to rent everything from tents to toilets to tables and linens, concert stages and lighting. It happened to be the rainiest day of September. However, The Clarks played outdoors under some great tents to 600 guests with no problems!

PartySavvy:  What was one of your best experiences working with PartySavvy?

AC: Recently we held a grand opening to the Laurie Ann West Community Center in O’Hara. We rented a beautiful lighted windowed tent, high top tables and linens. It was truly a beautiful event. Since then, the Laurie Ann West Community Center has signed a partnership with PartySavvy to provide all rental supplies for events at the center.

PartySavvy: Why do you choose to work with PartySavvy when you need an event rental company?

AC: PartySavvy has been very consistent in what they deliver in terms of great quality and service. Never once have we had a problem or issue with PartySavvy’s employees or it’s equipment. They can truly make a party fabulous!
