Thanks for thinking of our rental gear while planning your upcoming fundraiser — we love seeing great causes come to life! Giving back is part of who we are, and we’re proud to support a variety of local charities and organizations in the communities we serve.

While we wish we could say “yes” to every amazing cause, the high volume of sponsorship requests means we’re unable to accommodate them all. If you’re seeking a rental sponsorship, please complete the form below at least two weeks prior to your event. Our team will thoughtfully review your request and follow up within five business days of receiving your submission.

A few helpful notes:
All requests are reviewed based on factors such as cost, equipment availability, alignment with our service areas, the number of sponsorships available each year, and marketing exposure opportunities. Sponsorships apply to rental items only; sale items, labor, and freight are not eligible for discounts.
