High-Capacity Performance: Includes four shelves and a 60-minute timer, with a maximum temperature of 500°F—ideal for preparing large batches efficiently. 
Consistent Cooking Results: Dual-speed blower (High/Low) ensures even heat distribution for uniform cooking across all levels. 
Dual-Fuel Operation: Requires propane (60,000 BTU/hour, approx. 14 hours on a 40 lb. tank) and 120V AC power (5.7 Amps / 2.7 Amps motor settings) for full functionality.
