This past weekend, we had the privilege of helping Ariel & Brandon make their wedding day an event to remember. During the one of the busiest weekends of the season, this occasion surely was a showstopper.

Hosted in the picturesque Pittsburgh suburb of Squirrel Hill, the wedding, which had been in the planning stages since September, came to life. Having worked with event planner Sean Gray for over nine months on this project, it is easily one of our favorites of the 2013 season.

While the photos (courtesy of Craig Photography) truly speak for themselves, here is a little detail on the items that we contributed to the event:

PartySavvy provided clear-topped tents, a two-level floor over the driveway carpeted in black, a Brazilian cherry parquet dance floor, and an elevated space for the band. We outfitted the space with white garden chairs, tables of every size and shape, and rustic wooden benches used during the ceremony and then later as dinner seating. Ariel & Brandon also rented our glassware, flatware, and china. Our on-site team executed the plan flawlessly and we couldn’t be more proud of their continued attention to detail.  Below is the CAD drawing provided for the event:

With the event infrastructure in place, Ariel & Brandon took their day to new heights with some creative, unconventional highlights. Dinner came courtesy of BRGR Food Truck & Pittsburgh Taco Truck. For the sweet tooth, homemade doughnuts were being made on site. And in addition to a variety of traditional glassware, the bride and groom purchased over 300 mason jars for some of the specialty drinks. As Featured on Style Me Pretty

It truly was a joy to work with Sean, Ariel, and Brandon. Our partnership with Sean was undeniably essential to making everything just right, down to the last detail. We always learn something from every party, and we definitely have a few “take-aways” from this event.

At the end of the day, the mark of a successful event is client satisfaction. Our bride Ariel was so delighted that she “didn’t want it to end”. Success!
