Position Summary:
We’re looking for energetic and dependable individuals to join our seasonal team supporting delivery, tent installation, and warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for those seeking summer work with flexible hours, active job duties, and a chance to contribute to exciting, event-driven projects.
In this hands-on role, you’ll help load and unload event rental equipment, assist with setup and teardown at client locations (typically within a 50-mile radius), and install tents and essential event infrastructure such as staging, lighting, and dance floors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring on-time setup/installation, breakdown, and pickup while collaborating with our team to handle events seamlessly.
- Coordinate closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate equipment handling and order fulfillment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain our high company standards.
- Operate moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles at different venues, such as our warehouse, client homes, stadiums, and more.
- Assist with tent setup/installation and removal along with other equipment.
- Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.

- Perform additional duties as required.

- Physical requirements include frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible shifts available to accommodate school schedules, breaks, and seasonal availability.
- Typical workweek: 35–50 hours (may vary based on workload and season).
- Schedule includes Monday–Friday and weekends as needed based on client demand.
- Start and end times vary (early mornings to late evenings); flexibility required.
- Overtime opportunities may be available during peak season.
- Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.
- Seasonal Position: Peak season runs May through September. Strong performers may be considered for long-term employment based on business needs, performance, and attendance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
- Basic math skills, including understanding fractions, percentages, and ratios.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to interpret various forms of instruction.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods in a warehouse and outdoor setting.
- Depending on the specific role, you may regularly lift and/or move up to 25 or 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments.
- Pass a company background check and drug screening.
