Pole Tents
Pole tents are traditional tension-based tents supported by interior center poles and perimeter side poles, anchored to the ground via guy lines and stakes. They are typically constructed with high-tension vinyl tops and are designed for use on grass or other stakeable surfaces.
Pole tents offer dramatic high-peak profiles and are available in 20,30,40,60-foot widths making them ideal for large-scale installations such as weddings, festivals, and outdoor ceremonies. While visually striking, pole tents require more surrounding clearance for proper anchoring and tensioning.

Our event production team offers full-scale project management, including labor coordination, safety compliance, site logistics, power, HVAC planning, and integration with other onsite vendors. Tent Accessories and Enhancements
Designed to elevate functionality and aesthetics, we offer a full range of accessories designed to enhance guest comfort, safety, and décor.
Sidewalls are available in clear, solid white and cathedral window with both kedered and clip on configurations for additional weather protection.
Gutters are available in both channel (vinyl) and cantilever PVC styles. Channel gutters are used to join two tents together, helping to divert rainwater away from walkways. Cantilever gutters, on the other hand, are self-supporting and extend beyond the tent’s eave without needing to connect to another structure.
Climate control can provide ducted air conditioning or indirect-fired heaters with thermostat regulated controls. Specific power needs required.
Generators and power distribution may be needed for larger events with limited on-site electricity. We offer towable generators and distribution to power your event where it’s needed. Contact us at (412) 856-8368 for a quote.
Lighting options include LED fixtures or uplights, market café string lighting, decorative chandeliers, and Asian lanterns. All lighting options can be dimmable. Specific power needs required.
Flooring systems include subfloors to help level an uneven surface or staging platforms with carpeting or turf available in standard or custom colors.
Interior decor available include ceiling liners, leg drapes, and customizable vinyl adhesive branding.
