Full-Time Delivery Driver Crew Member, Tent Installation, and Warehouse Specialist

Position Summary:

Party Savvy is hiring dependable and safety-focused individuals for a full-time Delivery Driver Crew Member position supporting our delivery, tent installation, and warehouse teams. This role is ideal for individuals seeking stable, year-round employment with consistent hours and growth opportunities. In this hands-on role, you will operate company vehicles to complete deliveries and pickups, assist with tent installation and event setup, and support warehouse operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

•     Driving and Delivery:

  o   Operate company vehicles including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL).

  o   Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

  o   Ensure safe vehicle operation and compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.

  o   Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations and procedures as required.

  o   Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.

•     Event and Operations Support:

  o   Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.

  o   Assist with tent installation and removal.

  o   Set up and tear down event equipment according to company standards.

  o   Perform quality control checks before and after events.

  o   Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

  o   Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

  o   Support warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and equipment reset.

  o   Follow all safety procedures and operational standards.

  o   Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.

•     Culture and Core Values:

  o   Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups.

  o   Perform additional duties as required.

    

Work Conditions:

•      Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

•      Early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required.

•      High-energy environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

•      Frequent bending, lifting, and physical movement.

•      Regularly lift 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

•      Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place.

Schedule & Compensation:

•      Full-time position.

•      Shifts may run 8–12 hours, depending on event needs.

•      Monday through Friday, weekends as required.

•      Flexibility required for varying start and end times.

•      Overtime opportunities are available during peak season.

•      Starting Wage: $18–$21 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•          Must be at least 21 years old.
•     Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
•     Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.
•     Proficiency in English.
•     Basic math skills.
•     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•     Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
•     Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods.
•     Willingness to be cross trained in other departments.
•     Completion of Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through the Predictive Index.
